The Lagos Architects Forum 2014 organized by the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Lagos State Chapter will hold from Wednesday 14th – Saturday 17th May 2014, at the Jasmine and Zinnia Halls, Expo Centre of the Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos. The theme this year, “LAGOS 5.0 – Architecture & Real Estate Development” will focus on High Density Architecture and Tall Buildings, the future of Real Estate in Lagos, which is the vehicle to creating sustainable and liveable cities that have vibrant economies. Sub-themes will include The Development and Financing of Construction Projects, Critical Evaluation of the Development Process as well as Architectural Design Case-Studies & Reviews on Office Development, Residential Development, Hotel Development, Convention Center Development, Urban Design, Master Planning and High Density Mass Housing/Urban Structures. This year marks the 5th Anniversary of the increasingly popular International Conference and the 4-day event, which is the sixth in series, will provide all participants and partners excellent opportunities to meet with the various key players and stakeholders in the Construction Industry.
